Versailles has been preparing find Cuban food for many years. In fact, it can only be outdone by itself. There are now three more Versailles from Century City to Manhattan Beach. Here you must try the traditional lechón asado (roasted pork) with black beans and rice. But you also can't go wrong with the palomilla steak and seafood selections.
